Yana Gupta facing leagal suit for obscenity in a public place: Yana Gupta who was recently clicked without her underpants at a charity event held for kids in Mumbai is now facing a legal suit for obscenity in a public place.

Rizwan Ahmed, a social activist from Lucknow, has filed a legal case against Yana, the photographer who clicked her, and the organizer of the event under the sections 292, 293 and 294 of Indian Penal Code.

According to Ahmed, he was shocked to see Yana’s pantyless pics in the papers and was most offended when she laughed off the faux pas and boasted about being the ‘no-panty girl’.

Ahmed feels it was a publicity stunt done by Yana in connivance with the photographer and the organizer of the event.

The court has summoned the three for a hearing on Monday, December 6.
