Ranbir Kapoor to avoid Katrina for hottie Nargis!: Men will be men. From Deepika Padukone to Katrina Kaif and now to his Rockstar co-star Nargis Fakhri, Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor is turning out to be quite a gal-hopper.

Just a few weeks back, Ranbir was reportedly spotted necking and petting with Nargis - who, as you can see in the pic, is quite a hottie and understandably hard to resist for a dude like Ranbir - at her birthday bash in a Bandra nightclub. If that unabashed public display of affection wasn’t much, we hear that Ranbir has lately been ignoring Katrina Kaif, with whom he was reportedly involved until Nargis walked in and changed it all.

Ranbir has been shooting for Rockstar, directed by Imtiaz Ali, in Delhi and hasn’t reportedly been taking Katrina’s calls. Why? Not hard to guess if the talks about his brewing chemistry with Nargis is to go by. In fact, rumour is already abuzz that Katrina and Ranbir have fought over this, and he has conveniently moved on from Kat to Nargis.

Well, perhaps Deepika had a point when she said that Ranbir should endorse a condom brand.

Why Mahesh Bhupathi is the one for Lara Dutta: People Magazine: After rediscovering love in Mahesh Bhupathi, Bollywood actress Lara Dutta hasn’t taken time in deciding that he indeed is the man she wants to marry.

Lara poses pretty on the cover page of the December issue of People magazine. Inside the magazine, she opens up about Mahesh and what made her fall for him.

“Mahesh gives me the confidence that I can do something and I am not alone,” Lara said.

Lara added that her parents approved of Mahesh earlier than she realized her love for the tennis star.

“I think that my parents saw it coming more than I did. They really like Mahesh a lot...Our families have become pretty close because everyone is in Bangalore,” Lara said.

Speaking about how the relationship has gone from strength to strength, Lara said: “We are really happy together."

Ranbir Kapoor thanks to Deepika Padukone, why?: Katrina Kaif’s rumoured boyfriend and Rajneeti co-star Ranbir Kapoor has conveyed his thanks to his ex flame Deepika Padukone. Even though, they have broken up after a mushy relationship, they continue to pass comments and share pleasantries via the media.

Now, only recently, Deepika had lashed out at him by stating that she would like to gift him a pack of condoms (all this transpired on the sets of Koffee with Karan). While, it is unclear if her remark was made in taunt or bonhomie, Ranbir has apparently taken it light heartedly and expressed his gratitude after humbly requesting the gift.

When the reporters reminded Ranbir of Deepika’s remark, he retorted back by citing, "I think she said a good thing. Our country should be aware of safe sex and condom is a means to that. And thank you for that.”

Ranbir even went on to put forth his heartfelt wishes and best of luck for her forthcoming film ‘Break ke Baad’. He even appreciated the peppy pairing of Deepika and Imran.

While, these exchange of words between the ex lovers may be shrouded with well-wrapped sarcasm, the tabloids are happy with these candid newbie after enduring the long-standing silence from the likes of Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Vivek. Ditto about Shahid and Kareena.

Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai latest scandal on net!: Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai have always maintained a distance ever since their relationship soured following a public spat between Salman and Vivek Oberoi.

After that image-tarnishing scandal, Aish and Salman are no longer on speaking terms and the scars are as fresh as ever with no respite in sight. Recently, Aishwarya skipped touring the Bigg Boss house (to promote Guzaarish) as Salman was anchoring it. She even stayed away from ‘Action Replayy’ promotion in KBC because the crew members were playing for the benefit of ‘Being Human’ charity which was a Salman Khan initiative.

Ranbir Kapoor's girlfriend Katrina Kaif feeling too insecure: Earlier it was Deepika Padukone who hinted at that Ranbir Kapoor couldn’t give her a sense of security when they were in relationship. Now it’s learnt that Ranbir’s supposed girlfriend Katrina Kaif too is feeling insecure.

Kat is apparently angry with Ranbir and the reason is his growing friendship with his Rockstar co-star Nargis Fakhri, a sexy ramp model.

When Kat came to know that Ranbir is spending time with Nargis even on the days when both are not shooting, she reportedly started gnashing her teeth. The couple also had a fight over the issue and has stopped talking to each other. Kat wants an answer, but for Ranbir it’s just friendship with a new co-star.

However, there is something else that has crossed our minds. Ranbir earlier dated Deepika, who had a successful stint modeling for Kingfisher’s annual superhot calendar; now Kat is allegedly in his life and she has also shot for Kingfisher calendar. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali's marriage wil be in 2011 or 2012?: While many actresses her age are still dodging marriage queries, Kareena Kapoor is all set to tie the knot. The actress, who has been in a serious relationship with Saif Ali Khan, has stated that she is very committed to the idea of marriage and will get hitched after a year.

Unwilling to divulge any details, the Kapoor lass went on record to confirm that the “wedding will happen, but after a year”.

Talking to a news daily about her marriage plans, Kareena Said, “Of course, I talk to Saif and my family. Saif is extremely supporting and he jokes that marriage is a taboo in our film industry. Surely, there are norms that we can break but the fact is that the film fraternity considers a married actress a taboo.”

As to whether the marriage will be in the year 2011 or 2012, Kareena said, “Saif is so busy with his production and his films, so a wedding will happen but after a year maybe. Yes, probably the year when the world is supposed to end. But yes, I won’t deny the fact that I think about it.”

Well, looks like another big fat Bollywood wedding is on the cards.

Legal advice or conviction for Monica Bedi but Breather for John Abraham: The bail of Bollywood actor John Abraham was extended on Monday in the rash driving case in which he was sentenced to 15-days’ imprisonment last month.

The sessions court in Mumbai extended the actor’s bail and adjourned the matter till November 17 in the case that dates back to the April of 2006 when John had an accident on his bike in which two cycle riders were injured.

John’s lawyer had filed an appeal against the conviction on October 29. Now, the court has given time to the prosecution to frame a reply to the appeal by John’s lawyer.

In another development, the Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the conviction of the former actress Monica Bedi in the fake passport case. However, the apex court reduced the sentence to the imprisonment already undergone by the actress.

Monica has served two years and six months of imprisonment.

Khit Pit between Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Mallya?: In one of the recent events attended by Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Mallya, all eyes were glued to Siddharth, and it was not just because of the beautiful Deepika who was accompanying him.

The event was a charity auction organised by actor Rahul Bose, who is also a sportsman, and in the auction one of the items was Deepika’a father Prakash Padukone’s medals. The Mallya scion was expected to bid for those medals. The public thought so for obvious reasons; moreover, bidding is very much a Mallya style.

Alas, Siddharth didn’t! As a source tells a daily, “We were sorely disappointed that Siddharth made no attempt to buy Deepika’s dad's medal. It was picked up by a stranger.”

Romantic Connection between Shahid Kapoor & Deepika Padukone?: A Mumbai tabloid is reporting that Priyanka Chopra called timeout on her relationship with Shahid Kapoor because he started to show inexplicable interest in Deepika Pudukone!

According to Mid Day, this happened while Priyanka was in Brazil shooting for Fear Factor.

Ashmit Patel to kiss Sara Khan's neck in ‘Bigg Boss’: By now, viewers are well acquainted with Ashmit Patel and Sara Khan’s display of love in Bigg Boss.

But on episode 17 of the show on October 21, Ashmit kissed Sara, that too in front of everyone during a wrestling game on the show. He was excited and thus picked Sara - who was playing a cheer girl - to plant a kiss on her neck.

Earlier, Sara had torn her beau Ali Merchant’s picture on the show. Both Ashmit and Sara are like inseparables, always walking hand-in-hand. However, Sara’s boyfriend Ali Merchant believes that romance between Ashmit-Sara is ‘stage-managed’.

There’s time to work and there’s time to party. Ranbir Kapoor let his inhibitions sink while partying with his friends at Olive. A tall, fair and sexy girl caught his attention and what followed was the flirtation of most palatable kind between the two. How?

From what we learn, at one point in the course of the night, the girl cut a piece of cake for herself. But before she could wolf it down, Ranbir was by her side. He picked up the cake and offered it to her. As she bit into the cake, Ranbir mouthed the cake from the other end. As the two ate the same piece from opposite ends, their lips were separated by just a teensy bit of cake cream.

Not just that, at another point, when the girl - apparently in a mood to rejoice - stood on top of a table, it was Ranbir who chivalrously stepped forward and extended his hand to help her down.

Ali Zafar as rescue for Katrina Kaif: Katrina Kaif might have ended up getting seriously injured on the sets of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan had Pakistani singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar not acted in time.

Reportedly, Katrina stood very close to a pedestal fan and her hairs were pulled in and got stuck. Seeing this, Zafar jumped to her rescue and in the process of untangling her hair even suffered a few bruises himself. We hear that a spot boy was also injured in the incident.

While Zafar tried to play down his heroism, Katrina felt gratitude towards him after the mishap was averted. So as a gesture of thanking him, she went ahead and gave him a warm hug.

The spot boy, however, wasn’t so lucky, we hear.

Bipasha Basu’s weakness according to John!: For eight years, John Abraham and Bipasha Basu have been committed to each other romantically. There’s apparently a secret behind this long-lasting love.

While promoting his film Jhootha Hi Sahi on the show ‘Emotional Atyachar’ John got candid when asked about the reason behind his rock-steady relationship with Bipasha.

John revealed that whenever he does something wrong, Bipasha keeps forgetting it as she has short memory. He obviously did not go as far as to elaborate what ‘wrongs’ he had done.

John also spoke about the art of lying to make a relationship work. In Jhootha Hi Sahi he plays a character who’s an irrevocable liar.

John and Bipasha began dating in 2002. Since then their relationship has seen rare downs and has mostly been steady.
